I changed the game settings to what was on my previous laptop: GeForce 660M with updated driver, 1920x1005 window size/ Current laptop is an MSI GS70 Stealth Pro-212. with a GeForce 870M, updated driver. the only thing I can't change is the size of the screen to match my previous laptop: it sits at 1920x1080. Also, I have Windows 8.1 on the new laptop, with the previous one having Windows 7. Anyways, the screen is flickering, and it's only happening in EvE. it's not affecting any other game, or even on the desktop.

However, I run multiple accounts, and so I need windowed mode in order to properly play. How do I fix this, since it seems another player said the same thing about three weeks ago and CCP ignored it.

If I made it windowed after starting in fullscreen it didn't do it. I turned anti-aliasing on (it was disabled) in-game and it seems to have stopped the flickering.
